We lost our wonderful 23 old mare yesterday and are desperately looking for a new mum for our foal
The foal is presently located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria at Bombora Downs

Horsequest's unique Foaling Crisis Bureau is a free advertising service for breeders with Orphan Foals or prospective Foster Mares - We will never charge genuine advertisers for this service however, this free offer does not apply to any profit making ventures or businesses
With the stud season upon us, sadly many breeders will have the misfortune to lose a mare or foal. From personal experience, we know how very traumatic losing a mare or foal can be and how difficult it can be to find a suitable foster “Mum” for an orphan or let anyone know that you have a prospective foster mare. So, please use the Foaling Crisis Bureau, there is no charge and if we can help we will.
It is a fast service – Details can go on line within a few hours – Which costs nothing and could mean the difference between bottle feeding and natural rearing. We hope that breeders will use the Foaling Crisis Bureau not just for Orphans but will offer their mares as Foster mothers
